Subscribing to my monthly Peace of Mind HR package will give you practical, timely (24 hour turnaround), consistent advice and a confidential sounding board for you so you get the best out of your people. It also frees up the time if your Finance/Ops Directors or PA are trying to manage this function.
Please note Breathe HR Software is an additional investment depending on your headcount for system users and if you just invest in Core HR or additional modules. I am able to offer a discount on prices from the Breathe website.

What’s not included in the Advisory Service

Remote or on site attendance at meetings with employees and their managers. I am happy to do this but it’s an additional investment of £120+VAT per hour, charged in 15 minute blocks.

Protected Conversations and Settlement Agreements – These can be undertaken for a fixed fee depending on the risk level and complexity.

Occupational Health referrals – these incur an additional charge, either to a preferred supplier of your choice or my own. There is no additional charge for me liaising with your preferred supplier and working with you to complete the relevant paperwork.
