Breathe HR is designed specifically for smaller businesses who don’t need an all singing, all dancing HR system but allows you to easily review and approve things like holiday and sickness as well as store your staff’s personal data in a secure way. You can also use it to set objectives, make notes of 1:1 meetings and Training.

It also gives you reporting and insights into your people and enables you to hold your staff’s sensitive data securely and be able to access it anywhere as it works with an App as well as on a desktop/laptop.

You can purchase additional modules covering Rotas, time and Attendance, Recruitment and Onboarding, and expenses. It also integrates with Xero payroll.

As your HR Consultant, I can manage your system for you if you wish including setting it up meaning you won’t have to accidentally become the IT Support Helpdesk for your team.

You can keep using your own HR system if you have one and like it, but it just means I won’t be able to serve you as well as I can if I am able to manage your data via Breathe.

An additional set up fee applies if you want me to build your Breathe system for you.

Sure Betts HR is a VAT registered company so I will be charging VAT at the current rate (20%) in addition to the prices quoted in the table below.

Monthly payment to be made via Direct Debit (Go Cardless) at the end of the month for the following month. Payment to be made within 14 days. There’s a penalty charge of 5% per day for any late payment.
