Redundancy/Restructuring

I’ll work with you to get you from A to B by advising on timescales, calculations, risks, support you through the process including communications, attending consultation meetings and outcomes, minimising the risk of any successful tribunal claims. I’ll also train your managers on how to conduct the process and provide bespoke letters for each employee.

Absence Case Management

I will work with you, and where needed, an occupational health provider of your choice (I have an approved supplier if you need one) which will help you resolve those tricky long and short term absence cases giving you the confidence to know what you can and can’t say/do and get you to the outcome you want.

TUPE Transfers in and out

If you’re about to merge or acquire a business or you’ve won/lost a service contract I’ll support you by having my eye across all the paperwork and attending the meetings to ensure your transition goes smoothly for you and the affected employees.

Employee Consultations

The law’s about to get tougher in this area – I will work with you to consult with staff if you need to change their terms and conditions so things are done effectively with great communication and in line with UK employment law.

Independent Investigations for Grievances and Disciplinaries

Includes carrying out interviews, remotely and/or in person and presenting you with a report with my findings

Disciplinary, Grievance & Capability Support (AKA Performance Management)

This includes providing ongoing advice and coaching to managers to lead in this area, and producing bespoke letters at each stage to reduce the risk of a successful appeal or tribunal claim. I can also act as the decision maker with your consent. Meetings can be attended by me remotely or in person for additional support.

Mediation Services

This is provided by an independent third party. POA. Much more effective than a grievance in resolving employee disputes.

Mindset Coaching

This is provided by an independent third party. POA. Invaluable for teams or managers who are struggling to communicate or accept change.

Data Protection Consultation

This is provided by a trusted partner.

The quickest and often the most pain free (but not the cheapest) way to bring someone’s employment to an amicable end – I help you to have the right conversation and issue the right paperwork, protecting you from potential hours spent trying to defend tribunal claims or managing someone who doesn’t want to be there any more and is disrupting your business.

This goes beyond the helpline advice that’s given as part of our retained service and is where I roll my sleeves up and coach and support you to get from where you are to where you need to be.

Typically the investment for these is £120 +VAT per hour unless otherwise stated, but wherever possible I will look to give you a fixed fee so there’s no hidden extras.
