What I do with your data
Managing Client Relationships

I process personal data for the below purposes under the legal basis of my legitimate interests.

When you instruct to undertake work that involves me processing the personal data of your staff, I am doing this under my contractual agreement with you. This means that you (the client) are the data controller and I am the data processor.
Who I share data with
I share the data you provide me with other organisations that support my services. These organisations include:

Where these third parties are based outside of the United kingdom ("UK") or European Economic Area ("EEA") we implement additional safeguards to protect personal data such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
How long I keep personal data
I will keep your contact details for the length of time you are a client or if you request that I delete your details.

Any work that you commission me to do will be retained for a period of 6 years in line with the Limitation of Liabilities Act.

I do not do any automated decision making or profiling. Providing me with personal data can be a contractual requirement depending on the service I am providing to you.
