Redundancy/Restructuring
I’ll work with you to advise on timescales, calculations, risks, support you through the process including communications, attending consultation meetings and outcomes, minimising the risk of any successful tribunal claims. I’ll also train your managers on how to conduct the process and provide bespoke letters for each employee.
TUPE Transfers In & Out
I will support you by having my eye across all the paperwork and attending the meetings to ensure your transition goes smoothly whether that’s in or out of your business.
Recruitment
We will run your campaigns for you and proactively help you find candidates in your market. We can also help you ask the right kind of questions to make sure you get the right person. All we ask from you in return is that you move quickly on the CV’s and give the candidates we put forward a great experience, regardless of the outcome.
Absence Case Management
Helping you get those tricky short and long term sickness issues resolved, and giving you the confidence to be able to know what you can and can’t say to your employees to get the outcomes you want.
Recruitment costs are charged at 15% of the starting salary.
Any Absence Case Management requiring Occupational Health appointments will incur an additional charge.
Disciplinary/Grievance Investigations
These will be carried out in confidence and with me being an external party to your business, I can be completely neutral and objective increasing the chances of you getting to the root of the problem and being able to take the right action.
Disciplinary/Capability/Grievance/Appeals Case Management
Support not just with the letters but giving you pragmatic, quick, legally compliant advice every step of the way. I can attend meetings remotely or in person depending on location and your wishes.
Consultations to Terms and Conditions of Employment for existing employees
People don’t like change! But I’ll work with you to make sure that any proposed changes are done effectively with great communication and in line with UK employment law.
Carried out on a time basis at £125+VAT per hour.

Any travel to site outside of Ipswich, Suffolk will incur an additional charge of £0.45 per mile for car travel or reimbursement of train fayre.
