I refuse to design appraisal systems as I don’t believe they work in a modern workforce, but I’ll listen to your needs and recommend suitable alternatives so people have great regular check ins with their manager.

Disciplinary/Grievance/Capability Support

This is included as part of some of our retained packages. Advice throughout the process and drafting of all correspondence to avoid the risk of a successful tribunal claim.

Workplace Mediation

For when people just don’t get on I come in and mediate and draw up an agreed action plan – usually better than people putting in endless grievances, or going off sick with stress!
